Unfortunately, the hotel appeared in need of renovations, as some aspects, like the bathroom fixtures, were showing wear and tear. Breakfast could use more variety.

The hotel offers a fantastic location just about a 5-minute walk from peek forest park and close to el nopal mexican restaurant, making it easy to explore and enjoy nature or grab a bite. the staff were incredibly hospitable, even going the extra mile to return an item we left behind. as a solo traveler, I found the room comfortable and clean, though the carpets in the hall could use a little updating.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember when the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay, which was so comforting. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place felt like a warm hug! The King Room with Spa Bath was like stepping into a luxurious retreat, complete with a huge, relaxing tub that I indulged in every evening. Pleasant Stay with Exceptional Service!

We enjoyed a comfortable four-night stay in a King Room with Spa Bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Take advantage of the nearby restaurant for delightful breakfasts. Just a heads-up, the sound from doors can be noisy in the morning.

Decent basic breakfast options. Free parking made it easy to come and go throughout the stay.

The hotel seriously needs some serious repair work—floors creaked like a vintage starship in distress, and the unexpected noise from adjacent rooms could wake a Bantha. Forget about pulling the sheets down. the overall cleanliness felt questionable at best, leaving you second-guessing whether to ditch your shoes upon entry. Vending machines were out of some essential drinks, which is a letdown since even smugglers need Gatorade after a long haul. It looked like no one bothered to freshen up the carpets, which only added to the aged vibe. The location also felt a little off the beaten path for a memorable visit.
